The objective

The research design
Participants tried each sauce at home in sequence, keeping a short diary and uploading video. Interviews followed each trial, then a direct preference exercise.
The outcome
Participants clearly preferred the new flavor, and the client launched it. The client later reported higher annual sales and market share.
